Turbo is scam
Turbo is scam. They will force you to get the most expensive options over and over relentlessly. If you do not accept the options above $100, you are on your own. Avoid yourself a headache and do not use Turbo service. In addition to the overprice the app has some bugs that need addressing like saying my 2019 return was higher than my 2020 when it is actually the opposite. They showed me a graph of bars with the wrong information and everything, and I can’t help but wonder how they can make this type of error. They even attempt to offer insights into this change.

The app only redirects to websites now. If I wanted to use a website I wouldn’t have downloaded an app. I wanted to check my income last year for credit increase purposes and now I can’t.

I really liked the app everything was easy to find and I liked being able to check my credit score but now I have to download another app on my phone just to look at it. Unfortunately it’s credit karma and I’ve heard about credit karma giving false scores so I’m so iffy about it. It was perfect the way it was before.

I used to love this app, but now it will only redirect me to the Credit Karma app. This app gave me specifics in a way that Credit Karma doesn’t. I hope this isn’t the end of the Turbo Financial app.
