Been having troubles to login
I don’t have access to the money that I earned that has been deposited to my Branch account because of unknown reasons and customer service is little to no help. I have tried email. I have tried phone calls obviously now I’m going to try through review someone needs to fix this issue !!

The worst ever! They should NOT be in business. I started a new job that required me to open an account with BRANCH but when I tried opening it it said I had one already and my employer confirmed, but when I called branch they aren’t able to verify my email of phone number because they don’t match, everything else matches and they confirmed my deposit amounts and dates which means they are aware of my funds going in to an account. It’s been over a month and no help, they keep saying you don’t have an account, contact your employer, but they have already violated their policies by confirming my deposits and confirming that the person using my information is using an email that ends in @icloud. They don’t have the right infrastructure to be in business they do not have managers so they won’t transfer you to get help. This company is the worst and I truly hope they get fined and close down.

Terrible. Horrible. Awful. Worst possible card.
Completely ridiculous and is just a big hassle. The worst part is, HARDLY ANYONE ACCEPTS IT!!!! Can’t even use it for much of anything. The customer service is completely non-existent. It blows my mind that this is what our world has come to…these terrible “companies” that completely screw the consumers (their customers) over whilst offering no advantage in even using their service. But in most cases, you have no choice. So whatever…Oh, and customer service?! Whoops! I already mentioned that….must be wishful thinking…..THIS COUNTRY IS BEYOND GONE!!! COMPLETELY DYSTOPIAN NIGHTMARE!!! I think Branch would be an EXCELLENT choice of mascot for this H*ll-Hole. Ugh-ugh…..Ugh… but this review is probably pointless because most of us that use this awful card have no choice, so there’s that.
Tricked Into A Fee
This app endlessly pushes the instant transfer option to its users which of course costs a fee. When transferring funds you are given two options - instant transfer a $5 fee or bank transfer for free. If you select bank transfer the app again asks you if you want to do an instant transfer instead. More than once I’ve gone too quickly and accidentally hit yes to this second popup, and unintentionally paid a fee to transfer my funds. This feels predatory. If I select free transfer, I should be able to complete the transfer without getting tricked into paying a fee.
Won’t connect, no support.
Every couple of weeks. It drops my bank account and won’t let me relink to it. I have to spend hours on support chat trying to fix it.
Total lack of customer service.
I had been diverting a portion of each paycheck onto my Branch account to save for Christmas. Then when Walmart.com charged me twice for the same item, I approached Branch to resolve the issue. They just didn't. And it took the involvement of the Better Business Bureau to get my money back. I stopped the direct deposit to the card and drained the funds. I won't use this again.
