It used to be good until I got locked out my account I emailed customer service 10 times and nobody responded on what happened to it and it’s kind of annoying cause my information is on there.

This is not the best app to get money. I’ve been trying for the last three months to do anything they’ll give you $20 but then it takes almost 40 days for them to take the money out and then hard harder to get another loan.

Just downloaded it. Wanted to pull $20 out, it said it would be sent to my account the next business day on a Saturday or by EOD. It’s not in my account. What makes it worst is that if I wanted it instantly, then I should’ve chose their virtual card. Uuuggghh.
