Transactions not showing up
it is unacceptable to pay for a monthly service and for the service to not be delivered. I’m referring to syncing the transactions every 90days, if you miss i.e. a week or a month of reconnection with your bank account than those transactions won’t appear on the app and the resolve is to upload CSV file from your bank to their system at which point why am I paying for this service as you can just send those files to your accountant …. if you get my drift… been subscribed since 2022 and i’ve had issues after issues with even the managers of customer service not being able to do anything because I subscribed thru Apple to their service so no refunds… waste of money but more importantly, time.
Purely OK App
I have to keep emailing support to ask them to reinstate all my details that I’ve filed as the app continues to loose my account info expenses that I’ve filed over time. Really frustrating and worrying when you put the time into this app!
Disappointing return
Haven’t needed QB for quite a while. Have just resubscribed (£0.99/month for 6 months) but every time I try to sign in it’s asking me to resubscribe. Also my Apple account is showing that I’ll be charged £9.99/month. QB was great last time I used it. This has been a disappointing return.
Bank connection issues
Please fix the bank connection issues. Pretty shocking when you can’t access the information to give to your accountant from the paid for app that is supposed to do just that.
Glitchy user interface and frequent connection losses with bank
Initially I thought this app was pretty good for logging business transactions however, after Inuit lost connection with my bank I lost every transaction from April 2023 until now, meaning I have to completely start again with this years tax return. I’ve tried raising this with customer service (which is just a load of poorly coded bots that can’t even answer basic questions correctly). I’ve since cancelled my subscription and i’m moving over to Xero Go which seems to have a much cleaner UI compared to this clunky mess. If you are considering going with Quickbooks I’d thoroughly recommend going elsewhere as it has made filing my taxes/expenses harder than doing it manually and has cost the best part of £100 for the privilege.
Unhelpful, have cancelled
So I’ve been using the app for a while and not had any problems. I loved that it could connect your transactions and you could see your earning and outgoings in one place. But around 6months ago, there was an error with my connection to my business bank (it said on the app) I’ve been on the phone for hours with them, emails and my bank trying to sort the issue. They were very unhelpful, and just said it was a bank issue, which wasn’t the case. The app had issues with connecting my certain bank all the time they were charging me for this and said they couldn’t refund as it’s nothing to do with them. So overall a massive waste of my time and energy and I’m extremely disappointed because I was happy with the app and I would have continued using it if they could have just sorted out the connection problem.
Over complicated run around
An app you will regret running. If it gets wiff of you wanting to unsubscribe it denies its existence you are subscribed and still take money from your account and will show up no where but your bank statment. Utter rubbish and has access to ALL your life
