Used Turbo for years, but….
TurboTax has served me for my entire adult career, so I can’t give it a 1; however, lately the app is having trouble starting, and even when I do manage to get in, pages won’t load; I can’t check the status of returns or review files. Not only that, after filing I was told my return would be over $1,000, but the check received was only about $300. I’m sure that can’t be entirely Turbo’s fault, but such a disparity had to come from somewhere, and with the app crashing like it does, I’m inclined to blame the technology.

I filed early and still have not gotten my tax return never was I told that there was anything wrong with my return. They still want their money even after I have not received my return. I would like my money back and I paid for their audit guarantee and it seems it’s been audited too!! Don’t use this scam of a service.

I tried doing my taxes on TurboTax app and it doesn’t load. I deleted it multiple times and downloaded it again to sign in and I still have the same problem. It doesn’t load wasn’t able to finish my taxes.

Very poor customer support.Takes for ever to reach them.Rude customer support. Extremely hostile. Did not get refund back. TurboTax premium was advertised as 129 but charged me 192 when I paid. Asked me full a refund form which I did. Associates could not retrieve my refund request as well. Unable to explain to explain the extra charge as well.

I did my refund with them as I have for the past 7 years. I always opt to have my fees deducted from the return, and I did the same this year. I was sent an invoice that I would be charged the fees even though I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted them and ask why if I still have not received my refund? I even spoke to a Sheniqua L. with their live help option, and was informed by her that since I opted to have the fees deducted from my return, my bank would not be charged. I even asked if she was sure I wouldn’t be charged? And she assured me I wouldn’t. Well, I was charged. I feel deceived and I will no longer be using turbo tax in the future. One customer service rep “Michael E.” also left the chat before trying to answer my question, didn’t say anything after I brought up my initial concern and simply exited the chat. great customer service you have turbo tax, not..

I use them on my 2023 return and the accountant service that I use was trash. They have absolutely did not know what they were doing and did not give me all the credits that I needed for my business. If you have a business go elsewhere are you a CPA? Do not use them
