Can never get in
App just encounters an error every time I tried to log in. Deleted it, redownloaded, nothing.
Best web site for tracking monthly cash flows
I have compared to Merrill, Fidelity,Schwab and none come close to the simplicity and detail of tracking current and projected income on monthly and annual income.
2 factor authentication is broken
Since the last update, every login requires 2 factor, the ‘remember this device’ function no longer works.
Log in issue ongoing
Each log message is technical issue. Can’t log in. Tried deleting and downloading etc. junk. RBC apps in general are inferior to fidelity.
Two step
Always asking for two step authentication every time i log in. It’s the only banking app of many banking apps i use that does this. Old technology or poorly designed
Terrible App
This app is complete garbage.
Can’t easily connect to CNB
RBC owns City National Bank yet I can’t easily connect these external accounts via the app because the institution is not supported? Lame. Lacks the ability to easily see performance net of advisor fees. Learning about securities is extremely cumbersome. Clicking on the security in your portfolio should give you a host of information about it, not just like it’s name and todays change. Lightweight on information generally.
