Login experience is dreadful. Can’t access credentials from one password.
Never works when I need it
Can’t ever get the Auto ID to access or download when I need it. I tried using the text contact option to get help and it merely takes you to a blank text message addressed to no one.
Can’t log in - Bad first time user experience
I just created an account and I can’t log in. I’m 100% sure I put in the correct password because I pasted directly from my password manager. When I try to reset my password, it sends me an email with a link that takes me to…. a login screen. Please log in with your password to reset your password.
Member privileges make app special
I find that the self service features of this app make transacting with PURE really easy (accessing auto ID cards, paying my bills, etc) but it’s the member privileges that really set PURE apart. When I was stranded in the side of the road, PURE’s roadside assistance feature got me out of trouble. PURE’s Art Spotlight has come in handy when shopping unfamiliar artists. I also like the home buying report.
Logging in never works
Since I’ve been a customer, I’ve never been able to login using the app whereas the web portal always works. The app indicated the the email/password were wrong but they work on the portal. I’ve deleted and installed the app many many time on iPhone and iPad to no luck. Sorry, deleting the app
