I have been a First Republic Bank customer since 2008 and could not been happier at any other options/bank. Customer satisfaction was the priority at bank and we have been very happy. It’s sad the the will not be operating and was taken by another bank where they give no value and appreciation to their customers.

So far the interface with Chase has not been so easy. I hope that a few things will be learned from the First Rrpublic app & fantastic customer service!
Locked out - Been with FRB 19 yrs
The mobile app no longer accepts the account password when I enter it on my phone and all security codes now only go to my wife’s phone. I finally got in (using the security code sent to my wife) and I see that I am no longer a “verified user”. Funny thing is that there is no faq describing this term, and I can do nothing in the app except look - no mobile deposit, no moving money between accts…oh JP Morgan, why did you have to take a good thing like FRB and tear it, and its customers apart?
Good but deposit check is not working
Please someone fix the deposit check functionality! It just glitches out every time I try to submit it! Other than that app is good
