Payments via app
I find the app to pay regular bills, not past due unhelpful. To navigate to pay a bill using phone is ridiculous and I work for Merrill.

I’m very happy that I switched to this company. I love that I can see my account when ever I want and talking to a real person is just what I needed to help advise me on money.
Option trading
I love this app but it has a too many steps to reach for option trading, when you open your holding there is a two tab buy and sell if include option tab there too and also show up your holding of that security on next screen than make its make it very easy and lot of time saving, right now everything need to do manually for options trading Other than that this is good app
Bill Pay
Used to have “BillPay” icon and can’t find it today. Something changed. Please put it back.
Easy and Appreciated…
It’s nice to have a space to communicate with my financial team. Merrill Lynch is a top notch company and I appreciate the convenience and accessibility to not only my team, but my accounts.
Can’t log in on mobile app
Used to be able to log in. Now it wants me to verify my account, which I have done. It then wants me to change my password. Okay. Then it wants me to log in with my new credentials and it wants me to verify my account again. It’s in a never-ending loop that doesn’t allow me to log in. Works just fine on the laptop … but no longer in this app.
Not good so far
Didn’t even let me log in , kept crashing.
