I would give you a better review if my balance would update correctly. That’s why I switched to another card cause it has no benefits.
ASAP
This app is very terrible. The app will not let me login sometime and when I do login, it does not show any of my banking information. It will take me over 20 times to keep logging in for my information to pop up. I check my App Store to see if it needs any update and every time, it’s no update. This app needs to be fixed as soon as possible because at this point it’s ridiculous. I’ve been dealing with this for over three months now. By the way, I deleted and reinstalled the app and still have these issues!!
App purchases
These people will do nothing when a fraud purchase is made, I have to wait 7 days to report it even though I caught the fraud on day 1 while the purchase was pending. It’s still pending I’m still without my money. They are the most unhelpful bunch, every bank I have ever had would immediately stop the transactions and refund.

love the account and services the mobile app is unreliable at the worst times but not enough to make me switch sides
App stopped
I used it for a year and it just quit. I called support they said it was down, that was over a month ago! All support could tell me is I could have my money transferred to another bank!
Meh
App used to work well but they really need to work on their code, it doesn’t load half the time and card balance is too slow to update I’d rather just call and get it the old fashioned way at this point
App no longer works
This has been a good app the last several years; this recent update I installed has caused the app to crash. It will not update any information while you are signed in. I tried deleting the app and giving a fresh install; now I can not even log in; it gives no errors just implies it’s going to sign in then stays on the log in screen. Would be nice if developers would at least acknowledge there is an issue and hopefully are working on it. No easy way to communicate with app developers that there is an issue. I keep looking for the next update to fix this….
