Not happy at all. Bought card and loaded it under the assumption I could immediately use the money. Nope 3 to 8 calendar days. I will not be loading anymore money on this card. Once it’s empty I’m closing the account.

This app is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve have created an account and I have verified multiple times. Tried to login through the app and keeps asking me to verify my email after I’ve already verified the last 10 times.
United StatesRandomly locks funds w/o warning
I had my refund deposited and one day my funds were locked without warning. Getting through to speak to a representative was almost impossible then we could hardly understand each other. I never received a permanent card after inquiring multiple times so I just removed all funds. They charge for random little things whether it’s adding the card to another account. Such a hassle I won’t be dealing with again.
