I need a replacement card they told me to place some card with take at least 21 days to get to me which is crazy I’ve never heard this ever in my life if you get this car just know if it’s misplaced it could take almost a month for you to get a new one

Can’t transfer money out of it, they lose my card twice before it could even get to me, wouldn’t let me transfer it into another account as it wasn’t a Walmart one, and only would let me pull my money in cash. Waste of time. Waste of energy. Spent a whole week trying to get answers.

I’m a truck driver and like most OTR truckers, I don’t get home very often but once every couple of months. My debit card was compromised around the holiday season, and they had to mail me a new one. The first time they mailed my debit card to the wrong address, and it was never received. I had to get back out on the road due to the nature of my truck driving job which provides for keeping all the grocery stores around the country stocked. The second time I was able to make it home, with little expectations of this Walmart money card service already apparent, I saw they finally mailed it to the correct address and I received the debit card and was able to activate it. By then I had already been regularly using my business debit card over the road and had gotten along fine without Walmart money card, almost forgot Walmart money card existed. I had about $25 in the Walmart money card account and only a few dollars was stolen which they “refunded” yet as the months go by and they can’t even be expected to mail your card to your correct address, the monthly fees started getting charged all while I didn’t have access to the money in my account. Perhaps 9-5 day job people wouldn’t have had the same issue so greatly, but as a trucker, I cannot recommend this bank service for when problems arise due to the instability. As a result, I will not be using this service as my primary personal bank because Walmart Moneycard’s downtime ultimately cost me $18 in “maintenance fees.”

I’ve had my card 3 years. Lost it a few weeks ago. They replaced it quickly. Less than a week I received it. I get my paycheck sometimes 2 days before actual payday. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because I can’t use it on Apple Pay. Only place besides so things I cannot use it because it’s not a regular debit card. Other than that it’s great. You earn money back when you use your card at Walmart. I do wish they had an ATM to load money like Regions does. They have a card like this and you deposit at their ATMs.

Why would ANYONE use this for direct deposit?or at all? Just go to a credit union and open a checking account w/ a debit card. It helps your credit and NO FEES.. smh..this takes advantage of people plus they take WAY TOO MUCH sensitive info…corporate greed using the little guy AGAIN
