Impossible to cancel subscription
Don’t do it. On the website the cancel button just gives an error and the app doesnt even have one. Scam
A little buggy
App never seems to remember me. I get an occasional text alert about something, go to check the app, but it has forgotten my login information so I need to manually enter the password, get an email verification code (and the email always says it’s a new unrecognized device), and set up a new pin. Happens frequently. Then once I’m in the app, it doesn’t always show me the alert I got the text about.
App just spins
One of the most expensive identity protection apps and the worst user interface of any app on AppStore. When opening the app on iPhone 14 Pro Max the app just spins endlessly. Had to force close 100 times still no luck. On gigabit WiFi - it’s the only app that just doesn’t work. Fire this made in India product team and start fresh.
Unpleasant to use
The app does what it should do once you get it to open. Although after a short time the app always forgets your Face ID and requires you to enter a password. Very inconvenient if you use a complex password that is not easily remembered and you receive a alert that requires attention. Frustrating .

Its too hard to unsubscribe!!!
No Customer Support
If you need customer support, they put you on hold for 30 minutes, only to be told they’ll call you back within 24 hours. Horrible service.
Frustrating!
Unusable half of the time because it “forgets” your Face ID. Very inconvenient when you get an alert and can’t login unless you remember your password!
