Completely useless, can’t create an account

The app fails with a recaptcha error each time I try to create an account. I’ve tried with Apple’s private relay off and my Norton VPN off with the same result.

reCAPTCHA Failure

Cannot sign up, just use the website. Their app will not allow you to check of you are not a robot.

The bad reviews were from four years ago, they have to have gotten it right by now…

You would think after four years of bad reviews that they would’ve gotten this app lockdown. It’s very simple app just to freeze your credit and try to sign up. They don’t even have the registration page done correctly. And these guys are trusted with our credit data? Please fix the error: reCAPTCHA Error Please resubmit details below.

Unable to sign up in the App

This app fails to sign up — it reports a recaptcha error when attempting to sign up, despite the recaptcha verification being a single checkbox. Was this app an undergraduate intern’s summer project?

Won’t let me sign in or sign up

I have an existing account and can login without difficulty, but the app…no. Don’t waste your time, just go to the website.

Can even create an account

After successfully completing the reCaptcha to create an account, the app keeps repeating a reCaptcha error with no option for me to clear the error. You’d think that an app that asks you for such personal info as your social security number - which I understand is required for your credit score - would be beyond such janky mistakes. A broken reCaptcha system is something you’d expect from an amateur programmer, not a credit score institution that has all of your personal info.

I cannot sign up - terrible app.

I am trying to signup but I keep receiving a captcha error - there is nothing to do except check the box and it does not challenge the response. Did the QA team forget to try and login? Did anyone even see if this app works before putting it into production? A brand new developer could do better….what a disappointment !!!
