Extremely Slow
Pretty much eve try part of the app is slow. Login (with or without Face ID) takes a long time. Loading any alerts seems like a game of luck. At times it loads and most often just sits with a loading screen. All of this with a WiFi connection.

This app hasn’t worked for a month despite uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting, etc. It’s a paid service. Please fix your app. Happy to take this one-star review down once you have fixed your app.
