Please Note: If your card begins with 511563 DO NOT download this app. Please look in the app store for the yellow Direct Express® logo with a description stating that the app is for cards which start with the numbers 511563. When you sign up to receive your federal benefits on the Direct Express® card, you will receive your payment every month without having to worry about cashing your check or having it lost or stolen. Instead of receiving a check, your money will be automatically deposited to your Direct Express® card account on payment day. You can use your card to make purchases at stores that accept Debit MasterCard®, withdraw cash from Automated Teller Machines (ATMs), and get cash back when you make purchases. You can also use your debit card online to make payments and to also buy money orders at the U.S. Post Office.

I’ve been calling direct express since Monday and I’m constantly on hold for hours today I’ve been on hold for over an hour (as I’m writing this review) and nothing the app barely works don’t download the app or have any account it’s pointless

I only get 628$ a month now, it used to only be like 400$. But since I’ve no longer received food stamps idk why they keep deducting that from my check when I no longer have it. It seemed everyone else gets atleast $1000 each month and. I’m struggling here raising my autistic child alone and inflation has made it very hard to stretch and I have to ask my parents to help me sometimes just to keep a roof over our head. They shouldn’t be deducting any money when I get no money or assistance from anywhere else. Health insurance for my son but that’s it. The father isn’t around. How do I go about this without screwing anything up? I’m still kinda new and don’t like to be a pain but I felt maybe I could try asking since it’s quite obvious everyone has gotten double than I do. And raising an autistic child alone and having my own health problems I can’t work the way I used to be able too after a bad car wreck and breaking my spine. Idk if I would also be approved myself or a caretaker pay since I can’t work like I used too. Idk if anyone will get back to me on here, but I was just giving it a shot. This hardly gets me through a week and since I don’t get snap or anything the deduction for it should be added back I thought? Should I call customer service or who? I don’t like to complain so this has been going on for almost a year and with things getting so expensive and I don’t have a food card anymore I just need help on what I should do to fix this and idk who I can talk to about. The phones are always busy and I can’t even get an answer or hung up on when supposed to be on hold. lol can someone help? I just really need that deduction stopped for snap when I do not receive food snap assistance anymore and haven’t in years. Thanks!

App needs time and date added to transactions along with pending transactions so the customer has more proof to get their money back from internet sellers that defraud the customers via double charges and always putting a pending charge on their cards which ties up their money.
