This app is only allowing me to deposit $5.00 then charging me $5.00 handling fee I don’t mind the fee but I want to send more money not just $5.00 - has this happened to anyone ? It says max amount for deposit is $5.00 and it won’t let me enter not one dollar more so annoying and frustrating

Only problems. Credit card good, addresses match. System says credit card no good. Reentered several times, different days & it won’t accept my Visa card. 😩 I am disabled senior and cannot get out to find the other option location, etc. & and no address listed on website to send my sister money. I have called several times & agent was not able to accept or process my deposit. Who do I call next??

When I open the Access Corrections app, the option to send food isn’t even there, it’s only for sending money to an inmate. Previously, you were able to send them food, like crackers, peanut butter, juice, etc, and clothes. I deleted the app

I never had any issues then in the past month I have had nothing but problems. I called and was on hold for 45 minutes then was hung up on. I chatted with customer service representative and she would not help me. I do not understand why I cannot use my debit card more than one time. I have followed the rules no more than 300. A day etc. it seems like 300 limit per week. I really wish there was a different option. Because lately Access has been awful.

This app and site crashes every week. This is crazy.One day an transaction goes through the next it don’t. Y’all need to fix this, we have loved ones in there hungry bc they can’t receive their money. Do better!!
