Horrible Customer Support
Horrible customer support. I’ve been trying to get an authorization hold released from an order that was canceled three weeks ago. Attempted to speak with a supervisor spending the last week nicely trying to get it resolved as the merchant said they have done everything on their end to have it released over two weeks ago. I spent three hours on the phone, mostly on hold, to speak with a supervisor but it took three “accidental” transfers back to the main number before a Supervisor spoke with me and said that I have to do their work for them and request a letter from the merchant stating the order was canceled. When I attempted to do a three way call with merchant the Supervisor hung up the call. DO NOT use this card in anyway
Don’t do it
They aren’t good at all supposed to be 5 days early but just like every other 2 days before i was told by they worker to get this card cause of the 5 days earlier i have had a lot of trouble with this card like hacking and everything else if I was you, I would not get this card. I’m not listening to none of these people that they have come jump up on the reviews and trying to make it all look good don’t believe them believe the person who got the card
