This bank will rob you. Check cashing lady signs you up without your consent and then this bank locks you out when funds are in it. Stay away from them!!!

terrible app
consistently locks me out. i’ve redownloaded it twice and it doesn’t work. i updated my phone number two weeks ago and it still has not changed in the system. i am trying to access the app to see a simple balance and transaction history and i cannot access it. this is a consistent issue. bad bad bad bad bad.

Hi Porte, you have the worst app I have ever used on the App Store. Your app constantly crashes if I can even get it to open up in the first place. tried to do a check verification, and the app force closes on me. you need to do some major restoration on how your app is working because it is garbage. Some advice to anyone considering using the Porte app. DONT DO IT!!! I don’t care how nice your customer service is. it doesn’t make up for the fact that your app is absolutely useless. and in this day and age that is the easy fix how about you get on that!
