AMC Highwoods Preserve
I have been going to this theater for 22 years. I am an AMC A Stubs member. You guys have talked about upgrading that theater with all the latest sound systems, screens, spacious reclining seats, etc. I have been paying the $25 EVERY month. The theater is less than 1 mile from my house. You would think you would give something like a monthly $5 certificate or, at the very least, see that I have been paying the monthly A Stubs fee and drop a note to say hey, we have noticed that you have not been here in 6 months and we miss you. Here’s $5 or $10 on us. If you look at my history, I would find it hard to believe that no other customer spent as much as my family per person, and now you are going to lose all that because I am going to cancel my A+ Stubs or whatever it’s called. Perhaps I will call back if you ever follow through on the things that you said you would do.

Keep getting and error message when using scan feature in theater. Usually have to end up sharing phone number to get reward.

Bad part is that they do not have enough movies available for the A-list stub members. They take them off to early and keep some of the ones I have seen on forever. The seats and carpeting at the Greenville NC theater need replaced and the place just needs a new redo. It was the only game in town for awhile, now Golden Tickets opened so AMC needs to up it’s game.
