Charges $3.50 processing per ticket
Throws on processing fees at the last minute of $3.50 per ticket. In person at the theater there is no fee. Confused on why it costs more to do it online than to staff a box office to do it in person. It’s a shame that such a good system and well developed app is ruined by Dan Harkins greed.
Can’t even log in
I got a Harkins rewards card as a gift and tried signing up at a theater but I can’t even log in on the app. it keeps telling me wrong email/password but I’ve reset it multiple times and still won’t work. I also can’t create a new account with the same email so the app is just broken for me and customer service is terrible
Great app, get rid of the fees where customers do the work
Great app, but get rid of the fees where customers do all the work. Processing fees are outdated.
Please fix these issues
Hello! I am actually an employee to one of your theater locations. I am rating this as a way to communicate what I have seen as both a guest and a employee. The app has recently been signing guests out at random. They will have their qr code to scan only for it to randomly sign them out. I have recommended guests to click the *add to wallet* option but that apparently doesn’t work either. For myself or guests. There was also a recent issue where a ticket was sold for a time slot at our location that we did not have. They purchased the tickets before entering the theater and I was able to scan them in. I am unaware if that was an issue with the app itself or something else all together. I hope y’all can figure this out! Sincerely, Your Employee
App Not Signing In
The app will not allow me to sign in and stay signed in long enough to just buy a ticket. This is ridiculous.
Automatically signed me out and refuses to work
Ever since I updated the app it signed me out and I can’t get it to sign back in, after multiple tries to sign in my rewards account it just says unknown username or password when I never changed anything and I can’t get access to it.
Too many updates and Ads
Terrible app, i can never open it without it needing an update or slamming adds in my face
