This app is crap. As a tech who is really pleased with service now web, this app has been a huge disappointment. I don’t use it any longer. It’s about as featureless as it gets.
Useless app
This app has always been useless. An embarrassment to an otherwise great product. Now that there is a newer app available I can’t imagine why this app is still available.
Latest update is hosed
As a user, I was forced into the latest version today and all my settings were hosed or missing. Tried some other service now apps and they are missing as well. Don’t logout because when you login it says you have successfully logged out. Public traded company unbelievable. My pc still works got lucky there.
A bit frustrating
I’ve used the app in the past but lately when I attempt to sign in I receive a message that I have been successfully logged out. Multiple attempts give the same results.

Bad software
I can’t see where the incident location is without going through 3 different menus, and I can’t even dial the customers number from the app and have to write it down so I can type it in. How can an app be so bloated and unwieldy, while missing basic functionality like call this number?
Can’t assign technician
I love this app from my work but ever since I started using the app I can comment I can add notes I can review tickets but I can’t assign those tickets to anybody on my team am I doing something wrong?
In Paris and future releases, the ServiceNow Classic app no longer receives enhancements or non-priority bug fixes. Administrators can also prevent users with the Classic app from logging into a Paris instance.
