mình đăng nhập trên iphone 12 mà toàn bị báo khoá tk đã tắt nguồn tải lại phiên bản mới xoá và làm rất nhiều lần nhưng vẫn bị khoá tài khoản khi mình đăng nhập lên máy khác thì vẫn sử dụng dc mong booking xem xét xin cảm ơn
Worse customer service ever!!!!
I have nothing else to say about this. I call them at least 5 times and the problems are still there, they do not want to solve it for me, and everytime I call, each consultants give me different instructions, and do not linked with each other. Finally, as you can see, I still not be able to do anything about it, although that is totally their false. SO DISAPPOINTED!
Old app no access to customer service!
Absolutely terrible app. It is so user unfriendly and not intuitive at all. No way of contacting customer service through the app and how to remove your property from the platform is a mistery!
Double booked
Booking.com has AGAIN Double booked me. Old school html coders! Take a look at ANY other STRs code!
