Booking.com has lost customer focus
About 18 months ago, I used the app almost daily for two months while traveling in Europe. I found it clean, responsive and very helpful. Lately, I’ve been doing some traveling around the United States. I don’t know what Booking.com thinks they are doing, but I am seriously considering switching to, another service. I’ve had problems confirming with accommodations over the app. I received an email asking me to evaluate a hotel that I had not yet stayed at leading me to believe that I had booked the wrong night. In response I rebooked for the correct night and after I was finished booking the app informed me that, I had already booked for that night but since the booking was nonrefundable, I was stuck. They are also not at all transparent about additional fees until you are just about to confirm the reservation. I don’t get it. They know what the fees are. Why can’t they just put them upfront so you can fully evaluate an accommodation? All in all I am very disappointed in the direction Booking.com has taken over the last 18 months.

Lies and customer service
The app switch the dates I need and booked for the wrong day, once I realized what happened I canceled immediately. However I was still charged. The “ customer service for this app” lied and said the tried to contact the property, I know because I contacted the property! They, booking.com charged my card and is trying to keep my money! I have reported them and will continue to as fraud.
