Horrible
I’m going to cancel soon. Constant Glitches, constant account sign outs, deletion of app to get unfroze in booking engines, no customer for days. I have 20+ properties but refuse to plug most because it’s a headache :(

There are so many glitches with this platform that I am considering canceling. You only have one way of getting help and they have an auto reply that someone will be back with you in one hour, but it will be at least 24 hours. Then it takes another 24 for them to research. Connections to the Yale app is disconnected and other glitches s getting frustrating.

I like this software as a PMS for my properties as it is very easy to set up and use with minimal learning curve. The API integration with other apps such as the booking calendars, turno for cleaners and Mailchimp for marketing are terrific. The mobile app however is limited to use outside of messaging guests. I do love and use the AI feature to respond. The software is adding features regularly which is great and overall the ease of use is perfect. But I can see myself outgrowing this software when I add more properties down the road. For now it’s good enough and cost effective
