Can’t toggle between filters
The last update has caused issues toggling between filters that I have saved. It just keeps loading the default one provided.
Unable to save settings in score card area.
Unable to press “save” in the add your score card section. The mobile app is useless so far.
Almost never works
I open the app and login using an SSO. It then opens an in-app browser page, that acts like it’s loading but literally nothing ever loads. Its only ever worked twice since I downloaded it a few months ago.
Takes forever to load the results
When sharing results with team, I have to wait for the results to load. Also, it doesn’t give the notifications.
Love it with one issue
I love the flexibility of the app and the ability to see real time feedback. I do have one issue where as I am scrolling down through all the customer comments, going in and commenting/tagging others, when I go “back” to the list of comments, it will auto-scroll back up to 30-40 comments backwards. It’s frustrating to have to scroll back down to get back to where I left off. Is this a known issue or something that can be fixed?
App not working
It’s not working for subway users. It’s shows error when someone try to login

It logged me out and when I try to log in it gives me error http 500. I deleted the app and reinstalled and nothing.
