Unreliable and hurts your business!!

This is the worst platform EVER. Scheduled messages DO NOT WORK. We missed dozens of important communication messages with our paying guests. I would give it zero stars if I could and regret switching from our less expensive SMS.

Bad Experience

The customer service staff is a team of robots. First, they use robots for support, which is understandable, but then when you get to talk with a "person" they keep acting like robots - that's where it becomes abuse. Policies are this, charges are this, there is nothing I can do. They don't care about businesses. You get tons of extra charges with the service. There is no direct way to communicate with them so support is a pain. They do not offer any support on how you can use the service to level up your business. They just sell the software and they don't care afterward. Horrible way of doing business. I stopped using the service because is not worth it. I was a customer for a long time but then I realized I was paying for a service that is useful, I ended up paying for 6 months without using it. It's just those services that you think it would work but in the end, is a waste of money. Then you want to cancel because is useless and you need to pay an extra fee for cancellation. First, it's not worth it, second getting out of the contract is a pain. DO NOT GET INTO THIS TRAP.

Very bad

This app cost $685 per month and for that price it should be flawless. This app crashes daily and is so slow . I am so annoyed by this app , make no sense how bad it is &constantly logs you out & not allow you to log back in because their system has crashed. this is a honest take on this app

SSO Login

I am trying to log in using my SSO from Radisson and it works but then stays in the login screen - instead of closing the log in screen after I am logged in, and going back to the app. Basically pulls up safari and stays in that so the app isn’t any different than safari and both are hard to read on a phone.

Sweet app.

I downloaded to pair with my desktop version of Zingle. It's a convenient way for me to text with my customers when I'm not in the office.

Liked it but...

Liked using Zingle at a few hotels but don't have a lot of customers. Switched to BlurtBox now for that reason.

Update is buggy

Latest update is buggy. Since 11/24/16 iOS app keeps crashing.
