The Informed Delivery® application allows you to interact with your incoming mail and packages in one convenient location. Digitally preview your household’s letter-sized mailpieces and receive USPS Tracking® updates for incoming packages directly in the app: • Verify your identity to ensure you have access to your secure dashboard • Digitally preview grayscale images of the exterior, address side of their household’s letter-sized mailpieces scheduled to arrive soon. • Report missing mailpieces, and in some cases, interact with mailer-provided digital content associated with mailpiece images (e.g., special offers, related links). • Schedule emails and/or text-based alerts to track the delivery status of your incoming packages. • Scan the barcode on shipping labels with a mobile device’s camera to store the label number and track its status. • Leave delivery instructions for incoming packages and schedule a redelivery.
Womp
I downloaded the app and it said that this app was retired
Really?
This was a dedicated app that worked great with informed delivery. Then they discontinued this one and force you to use the new one which is just a crappy web app. Terrible choice.
Doesn’t work. Don’t waste your time
Need to use the website. App doesn’t work
Please bring this app back
The app has been discontinued. Not sure why it’s still available for download, as it has been disabled by the USPS.
Worthless
Not worth the effort. No support. Don’t waste your time.
Discontinued app
In may I kept getting a message saying the app will be discontinued so now what are usps package trackers supposed to use?
This app once worked almost perfectly!
Ever since they put their efforts into a new app that is just a collection of webpage book marks and not really app the way this was the actual uptime of this app has gone way down. I’m sorry to see this app being shut down. It was a actually app and not a collection of bookmarked webpages that save absolutely no info masquerading as a actual app. The new app requires I login every time I check to see what’s coming. It would be better to save the web page in safari that use their replacement app for this app.
