Needs work
Kicks me off very frequently, but not accept my password until the 3rd try (copy paste), won’t autofill during sign in, when reviewing work orders overlapping pop ups stay on screen (glitch/bug)
Inspection Photos
My inspection photos look like they were taken on an old flip phone. Why is the quality so much worse all of a sudden. I made sure it’s not an issue with my camera.

This app simply doesn’t work.
Worst of the worst
This is got to be the worst app I’ve ever used my life. I tried to sign in several times and it wouldn’t let me in. I even change my password, which I knew was right tried to sign it again and it still wouldn’t let me in this is the worst app I have ever used.
Can’t login to the App
The app doesn’t work‼️ If I can give 0️⃣ star, that’s what they r going to get❗️I can login on the web in my computer, but can’t login to the app, it says my login is invalid, it doesn’t make sense‼️ A piece of trash basically‼️🙄
Problems as a Property Manager
Won’t let you add photos to inspections. Photos aren’t landscape anymore. Frustrating.
Doesn’t work, no way to contact AppFolio
My property manager has sent me links several times, but when I try to log in on the app, is says my email or password is invalid. There is not an easy way to contact AppFolio to resolve this, and it’s all online and it wants me to log in to get help. Only problem!? I can’t log in!
