They won’t take your money without charging you to take your money. They should really state that rent is actually 2$ or 3% higher! Not that much extra but it is an unethical business practice.

This has been corrected. - Some users reported that they were unable to view the property, entity or payee dropdown lists when adding an expense. This has been resolved. - One user reported that they saw an error message when trying to add a unit to a property. This has been fixed.
