Glitches
App glitches/ doesn’t work a lot of the time.
No free option to pay rent
They won’t take your money without charging you to take your money. They should really state that rent is actually 2$ or 3% higher! Not that much extra but it is an unethical business practice.
No good
I’m always having issues with this app. I have to constantly delete it and add it back just so I can log in.
App is an afterthought
The functionality is really lacking and awkward. You can’t do a simple thing like view what payments have been recently made, record a payment, or view custom date ranges on the dashboard.
Worse than before
This app is very frustrating from a tenant perspective. I just updated the app and it’s freezing worse than before.
FIX SPLIT PAYMENT/ PAYMENT
it has the option to split payment or add payment before the rent is due. Everytime i try to it just wants the whole outstanding amount!!
Constant updates
While dev support is cool you guys break this app more times by updating it needlessly and constantly.
- A few users reported that they were unable to delete or terminate a lease. This has been corrected. - Some users reported that they were unable to view the property, entity or payee dropdown lists when adding an expense. This has been resolved. - One user reported that they saw an error message when trying to add a unit to a property. This has been fixed.
