Can’t get past the security question
Downloaded the app 3 times. Each time, the log in process asks for my travel insurance policy number- I don’t have an insurance policy with the P.O.- can’t get past it to access my travel money card. Will try again- very time consuming, just gotta say!
Does not work
Won’t let me login no matter what I do. Have had to validate my email upwards of ten times and then tells me it’s sent me too many validation emails and to try again in a 24 hour period…SHOCKINGLY disfunctional
Can’t Link Cards
I previously had 2 cards linked to the app which have now disappeared and when I try to re link them it doesn’t work. I type the card number in, complete my DOB and then the app presents a white screen and just hangs. It is now a useless app with no benefit to me!
Worst app ever
This app used to be fantastic. It’s been updated to a new one that doesn’t fit my mobile screen & I can’t get on any of the pages - it’s totally useless now. I can’t go forwards or backwards or see my card details or balance. I simply cannot use it at all. I have no idea of my balance. I can’t change my new address. It’s unbelievable how rubbish it is.
Disappointed
It has been incredibly frustrating to use this app. I uploaded funds yesterday via the app, which worked fine; my card worked once and now is no longer acknowledged by any payment machine - both the physical card and the wallet version. I’ve tried resolving in the app which doesn’t give any guidance on what to do in this situation.
Useless
Helpful on last trip to Europe. Now cannot top up using app, had to try on website.. which despite setting up account using email address, have to try multiple attempts before it lets you log in. Time wasting and redundant.
Unable to link travel card
I am using a second travel card from post office, I had no trouble the first time. This time however, unable to link my new card to the app and see the current total on card or top up. Fortunately I’m being catered for on holiday, but this is very inconvenient and can’t find a solution, I reinstalled app and can’t find a way to link my prepaid card.
