Fantastic Service
Such an easy to use online app. Easy to find the best train times & prices, plus it’s so simple to amend journeys after booking. I love it as I’m really not a very technical person 👍👍

I am a fan of Avanti, especially first class. The breakfasts are great! Normally I book using the website and to be honest it can be a bit tricky. The app however could not be more simple and agile and I booked my future tickets, with a railcard, changed the allocated seats…all with ease.
United KingdomRefunded tickets showing up in list no way to tell them apart
I booked return to manc from London. Then tried to change seat on the website and it crashed and the website refunded the whole journey. It showed two rows and three journeys. So when I’d try to rebook accidentally booked same direction twice ended up at five tickets. Had to ring up to get them all refunded apart from two. But this app still showing four tickets, there’s no way to see the booking reference on the list of tickets and there’s no way to see the status of the tickets. So completely unsafe to use. Only when I reinstalled the whole app did ticket reset correctly.

App currently has a tech fault according to the pop up. Tapped on app support and it takes you to the home page of website. Can you fix the app fault and issue a deep link to the complaint page?
