I get code to download app. App signs me in automatically yet has no information on the train reservation I just made. When I go to trouble if looking up booking ref # and enter it in, it says no info avail. No information on how when info will be avail, when to check back, no info on how to use the app or how auctions work. Useless.

Appears to pretend to have an auction running and then just as it ends… no tickets available all of a sudden. Total waste of time.

Payment system doesn’t work
I’ve spent over an hour trying to get this app to save a payment card and it will not. The cards work with other merchants so it is an app issue, not a card issue. Also, I can’t find a way to get tech help… only a faq page that doesn’t help with my problem. Frustrating.
App is crap!
Use ipad and wont turn the screens to landscape. Upgrade that has been paid and charged to credit card does not turn up in app records
What Oxymoronic Nonsense is a “Saving Fee”?
SeatFrog is now levying a ridiculously inflated service fee on transactions. This can be a huge percentage of the cost of the upgrade itself. It’s also not mentioned until you get the stage of confirming your bid - so the “minimum upgrade bid” price is misleading. This is bait and switch price gouging. You don’t charge people a fee and then tell them you are saving them money. Especially when a month ago, providing the same service did not require a fee. Shameful.
