I’ve been using this app for around 18 months to prebook parking. Never had any issues with it and it makes it really simple to pay.

Just opened the app to buy a ticket for tomorrow. Then closing the app my Home Screen is taken over by a countdown timer?! Nothing I did disabled it. My only option was going into settings and disabling live activities for the app completely. If you’re going to take over the Home Screen of my phone then at least do it on my authority rather than just throwing a timer there with no way to disable it.

Downloaded and ‘signed up’ for an account. After reading some of the reviews decided to delete my account, well what do you know, there’s a link in the app that says ‘delete account’ and on pressing it you’re taken to a page stating ………. Contact us! I haven’t used the app and doubt I will now.
