Am still searching for houses (to rent) until I find what I want !!
Why would I show a house to someone who already has an agent? Cut losses fast! Save your money and advertise somewhere else. They don't provide real leads. The connections are buyer's that are already working with other agents. Zillow even has the audacity to show that on the buyer profile. They can't even categorize the leads based on the services provided. I don't offer Mobile home or land services yet they keep sending me leads for these types of services that I don't perform.
Good
Worst money ever spent. They sell you a zipcode for the best share of leads, then they resell the zip to a higher bidder, leaving you with no leads. Maybe the part day of the month on a Sunday 8am you suddenly get 3 leads. Garbage leads. Spend your $ on anything else instead. Forget support too. They dint even return calls.
