Zillow makes it really convenient to see a lot of the rentals that are currently available in your area. It's also nice to be able to fill out one application and use it for multiple properties. I just wish it worked for all the places listed on Zillow. The ones that don't use Zillow's application are hard to get a hold of. It's a really nice idea. I just think it could be made better.
Zillow is a ripoff in general! I paid for the application for 30 days, but they wipe out 2/3 of your information every time so you have to spend 30 min refilling the application out. It's a computer Zillow! Have you ever heard of "saving" data?
I wish it had an area where the property could be better described including type tenant they are willing to rent to, utilities included etc.
Only 2 BR apartments if anything at all!
Only shows houses.
This is not much different from the regular Zillow app, so it is good. However, the main problem is that I cannot add homes to my favorites, which frustrates me to no end. I reaaaaalllllllyyyy want to be able to do that. Please add that feature asap, I want to move soon, and that would be helpful.
