Are my details safe and secure in the app?
Yes, your banking is done via a secured connection. No personal details are stored on your phone or tablet. If you always use the latest version of the app, you enjoy optimal security and the latest features.
Activation only takes a moment
You don’t need much to activate the app. Just a Dutch current account at ING, access to My ING and a valid identity document. This can be a passport, an ID card from the EU, an ID card for foreign nationals, a Dutch residence permit or a driver’s license.

For now I put only one ... I change my mobile for new one and now I cannot log in my acc . I send and make everything correct ... After waiting for 10min for check ID just writed : sorry,try again. After couple of hours cannot login I to the phone...... No always just writed : sorry, try it later ... But always nothing happend
Customer service is horrible when you want to register a claim or need help. But it is wonderful when they want to sell you a service. Hypocreates. I will change from ING

The App and the web is not funcunional in a good way , i restart my password on the mobile after waiting the password letters by post , after trying more than 50 times to restart the password and choose the right password with ING condtional format , i loged on the mobile fianlly now , i am trying to log to ING website , it shows me that my user name not mataching my password .... this issue it seems its common with ING , i think , i am using Samsung galaxy 9+ , the developerteam need to deveop

Can't install so no idea if it's any good. I can't access my bank at all now
Finally, the sun is out and temperatures are slowly rising. May is the month of many days off. Bugs never have days off, so we caught them and fixed things. We made the app all shiny for you, ready for the nice weather!
If you turn on automatic updates, you won't have to read about bugs and improvements anymore. But maybe you enjoy reading about these things.
