0 stars! The worst customer service of any company, all sectors included, that I have ever experienced. Complete lack of respect for their customers, even when they find themselves in pretty dire situations (due to their bad advice and ineffectiveness, I might add). I'm not one to leave any comments generally, good or bad, but if you value your sanity, find another bank, I guarantee you it cannot be worse than ING. On holiday now, first thing I do when back is close my account and go elsewhere.

Quite nice service. Sometimes I wish things were simpler, eg search the account Number for the transfer with alias name
