Can't open the app. It happens every few weeks

Incredibly frustrating. It did not install icon on my desktop to open...so always had to go as if reinstalling where it would say installed and open there. Deleted reinstalled same thing. Got new phone tried installing again no desktop icon. Tried online chat ended up more frustrated with a AI bot asked if I can speak to a real person and gave me a bunch of phone numbers to wrong departments!!!!! Wow test of a persons patience!!!
Just trying to access things like my current visa balance the app hangs, it doesn't matter what new features you add if basic things don't work! The app won't even let me log in sometimes! What good is that? On an offer screen the "Tell me later" button didn't work either so I was stuck on the screen unable to get to my normal account information. Horrible experience. I need a new bank!
after the most recent update my app crashes whenever I try and sign in
I seldom complain about this app, but could we please get rid of the cookie settings splash page. I don't need to see this every single time I log in. I also don't need to see offers every single time I log in. Hopefully your developers can figure this out sooner than later. Thanks
