How can someone contact you when a popup appears notifying me that a data breach occurred and it appears that the connection to your servers was LOST , several times?? How does a person CONNECT WITH YOU IF CHAT IS NOT AVAILABLE AND A SECURE CONNECTION TO YOUR SERVERS CANNOT BE OBTAINED??!??

Hate this app doesn’t work. Can’t look at flyer and can’t get scene digitized card. Will only wait for you to fix. If it doesn’t work I will cancel and go to another company that the app does work. Fix it or I am gone. Your going to loose a customer because app won’t work and website won’t work anymore. At lest you could keep that working until you fix your app. Do you really want to loose customers?

This app and the Sobeys app are incredibly unpredictable. Both are annoying and cannot be counted on to get to my account. I called the help line , they suggested to delete the app and reinstall. That worked once now it just gives me grief everyday. It makes me do this song and dance routine and still freezes me out. The whole design team should get fired.
