Terrible App
This app is the absolute worst, most in-user friendly app I’ve ever encountered. Nothing but issues with trying to validate my user information, trying to link to my pharmacy, trying to link to existing prescriptions. Horrible app. If your company is thinking about using this app, please, please reconsider for the benefit of your customers.
CanadaCan’t log in
Your app sucks. Too many hoops to jump through to get to a verification code that never arrives. Why did you change your app. The other was easy to use. You messes up a good thing. Now I have to call in my prescriptions. What a freaking mess. You just made it impossible. I may change pharmacy and for you that will cause me to move several thousands of dollars for you.
CanadaCan’t sign in / can do guest mode and do refills
I haven’t been able to sign into my acccount since the downloading of the app. Login screen never appears. Can do refills via guest mode.
CanadaSign in is so time consuming
The app itself is a great app, you can access to your prescription to refill however the login page is so time consuming and not user-friendly. Why not having logged in by face recognition like other apps? Sending code to email is an old-way of authentication and really bothering.
CanadaFix how you log in
I really hope they can improve how long it takes to get logged in. We need a remember me ✅ button or some facial recognition for a quicker log in. I see the value in not staying signed in but there has to be a happy medium:)

Yes the app gives me access to most of what I need (me not my dependents ), but, it is almost impossible to get logged in Takes too many steps and sometimes no Email access code. Its easier to just go to the pharmacy
CanadaTerrible refill Rx process
I went to refill a prescription. Something I always did with no issues on the old Lawtons app. When I got to the screen to enter the prescription number, it keeps telling me to enter a valid number even though I am entering the number EXACTLY as it is on the label. Useless app.
