Whenever i remove the tip, the app crashes. This has been happening with me from a long time. I have understood its a trick, i hope the developers understand that it’s the choice of customers to decide wether to give the tip or not. U can not force the customer to give the tip

Used to be such a reliable app. It’s been glitchy for a while now. Started by erasing all of my pizza credits. I contacted PH through the app for help but it connected me to the European version of PH who refused to help and wouldn’t connect me with the Canadian version. Repeated attempts to reach the Canadian side were useless. Always reached the European company. 2 full free pizzas lost and a lot of unnecessary frustration for a formerly happy customer. *update* Pizza Hut has again erased my order history, removing all the free pizza I have earned - AGAIN. No one has ever contacted me about any of the problems I have ordering!!
