Truly the worst app i have ever used.
It seems like it was developed by a 6-year-old. It makes it impossible to actually buy products from them because 9 times out of 10 it crashes when you’re trying to check out.
Terrible non-functional app
This app is absolutely maddeningly terrible that it makes me want to change to a different phone company. I can’t do anything nor even on the three site. It’s just non-functional. Even when I want to give money to this company and app I can’t even do it cause it won’t work! The last app Three Pay As You Go was fine and it at least worked. This new app was just so they could advertise their products to you but everything else is in maintaining account is non functional. How can I be a customer if I can’t even use the app?
Barely functioning app
I need the £15 monthly data plan each month so that I don’t run out of data. When I open up the Add-Ons sections, I can see the £10 pound and £20 plans. When I tap “View More” to see the £15 plan, nothing happens. When I accidentally add the wrong plan to my basket, I have to remove it from my basket - however, this removal doesn’t actually happen until I close and reopen the app 2 times. For a company of this size, their app is unacceptably terrible.

Mine is disappeared in account after reset and 10 hrs I don’t to reach out impossible b careful they will run away with your advances
Not able to register
I purchased pay as you go SIM for mobile WiFi but unable to check my account, see how much data I have left etc because verification is only available via text and US mobile phone number is not accepted. Very frustrating. Verification should be available via email as well. Travel to UK twice a year and never know when my data will run out. Can’t use app without registering!
Miss using the Three Pay As You Go app
I sorely miss the previous the Three Pay As You Go app as it provided a far more user friendly and straightforward experience. The current iteration in the form of the Three app presents a considerably less intuitive user interface, making even basic navigation on it a hassle.
Poor user experience
The app is poor and confusing. The company is also poor. Avoid.
