Crashes all the time
I try to edit a credit card, it crashes. I tried to add a credit card, it crashes. I tried to edit the amount I want to pay, it crashes. Many many attempts and wasted time. Also won’t let me use a credit card a single time without forcing it to be saved to the database :/

I wouldn't put a single star if it was possible... I can't even log in. Every time I enter my login details, the app crashes. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and it still does it. I'm very disappointed to see how convenient it would be to have an app instead of going to the website...
Not all credit cards accepted
They put people in trouble by not accepting all credit cards
SMUD is wonderful
Their app is great and their company overall is just great. I’m so glad we don’t have to deal with PG&E in Sac. Love the customer service and their rebate programs. Just saved a ton of money on a new water heater install.
