Used Shovler to arrange for the driveway of my elderly parents to be shoveled. This one experience was very good. In chat in-app they asked to come early, waited for me to confirm that was OK. They came on time, did a good job of exactly what I requested, and I confirmed that with both the pictures they sent and my parents taking a look. I don't know of a better option for my situation. Very grateful for this service.

Support team does not back you up, hired a shoveler for one time and they did not do the job accordingly. Really sad and a waste of money. Update: the company personally emailed me to give me a full refund of the $75 I paid but lowered it to $25 if I removed my review. You guys are crazy and entitled. Not only your worker’s service is awful but so is your team. Do better for your own sake. After my experience I then had to remove the rest of the snow and ice that was stuck on my car, I couldn’t open my car door nor my trunk that took me a whole hour myself. Luckily I’m young to do so but imagine if I had a disability or I was old?? and you treat me like this?? Images do no justice for ice blockages and if you think a silly little swipe to the windshield really does the job for me to be able to get in my car you must not know a thing or two about cars at all. Really sad that you do not treat your customers with respect, please retake a business class or general education please.

I had scheduled a shoveling service for 11:30 AM on Feb 13th. The shovelers showed up 10 AM unannounced and shoveled my driveway without notifying us (we were in the house) while it was still snowing. I had to shovel again once the snow stopped and notified the Shovler about the issue with no response. Will not be using this app/services again.
