What a rip off. The take your money monthly and then when you file a claim you can’t get a hold of anyone!!
Can’t find anything
I have about 40 smart devices installed, it can’t find any while identifying there’s 37 devices in my system. No point and completely worthless… how can they help with my tech problems if they can’t even write an app that works?
Device trouble shooting
I’ve been having trouble with my gaming device it keeps crashing freezing these problem just started happening I thought I would have someone help me fix the problem but I didn’t get any help very disappointed.

No Help What So Ever!
This is the worst app I’ve ever had. I called to try and fix a problem on my MacBook Pro and all the support people did was make it worse and did nothing to fix the problem. Nothing worse than ending up with more problems than when I started, it’s very frustrating, discouraging and disappointing.😠
