This appIs worthless!. Can't scan, can't back up, can't troubleshoot. Do not download this if you don't want to get frustrated. I don't know why they changed this, it was perfect the way it was. I used it every day until this was updated. This is useless. It doesn't work!

Before the new app, it backed up my phone in a few minutes. Now it never finishes the backup and it takes forever with the little bit it does

Latest update is terrible! It used to work flawlessly and would backup everything on my phone. Now it’s a never ending loop of errors. It says it will backup in the background, that’s not true, every time I exit the app it gives a notification that the backup stopped unless the app is open. I’ve tried multiple times to do the initial backup and have never completed it yet. It just seems like the new app is more of an add than something actually useful.
