App crashes router
Updated the app and now my router will not connect to the internet and the app stalls on load

I read the reviews here and I must say the negative ones are very unfair. While I don't have the latest router available (MX5300v1) it's the best LinkSys router I've had for over 4 years. I have a 4500 Sq ft two story house and have 23 devices in my home network. You name it I have it connected. I have a XFINITY 1200 GB plan with a SB8200 modem. The main master node is downstairs with the master bedroom ethernet hardwired third mode wireless upstairs. I use all of the features via iPhone 15 with no problems at all. Buy Linksys mesh you won't sorry! It's amazing and easy to set up! 👍👍👍 p

Get this if you want an unreliable software that crashes a bunch until you finally get irritated enough to go and reset all the nodes by hand. When are companies going to realize we’ll pay more for quality, like Apple or Chik-Fil-A and they’ll make more money in the long run because we’ll come back. The old cutting corners routine to save costs is such a Boomer model way of doing business. So yeah, get this if you want headaches.

The Parental Control section has its own mind, sometime it works and sometimes it repeatedly gives error message of “data not saved” when you try to block internet access to any device. Extremely frustrating.
United StatesMost Frustrating App Ever
I have been a network technician for many years and this by far the most frustrating app I ever encountered. You cannot tell which device is which is this silly configuration, it just list devices by long numbers and digits with no description. When you figure out which device is showing and rename it plus saving it but when you log on the next time it didn’t save any of your hard work . I have 6 devices in my house but yet this idiot configures 16 devices . I am not using a universal app to access my router but yet still doesn’t help and the support it horrible
