Great App When It Work
This is a great app when it works properly. Sometimes you log in and with a few simple clicks are able to pay your bill. Other times it gives you an error message and won’t allow you to log in. This error message came up for months and I had to pay my bill at the ODP office. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it started working again. It worked fine for a couple of months but now I’m back to the error message again. Unfortunately ODP has closed their local offices so I’m guessing my only option is snail mail if I don’t want to pay a service fee.

Poor payments
The app is poor in allowing users to actually pay the amount that they wish to pay. The ability to edit a payment is very difficult if not impossible. This has caused me to pay and then find out the money is not available or even there.
KU/ODP APP
Easiest app I have ever used to pay my bill! Literally one or two keystrokes.

Billing is Terrible
I do not get how my bill went from $152.00 one month to $290.00 the next month. But with the lower month being an actual reading, I get that…then came the “estimated” reading the next month…what’s really strange is that I stepped outside and read my meter 11 days after they read it on the 7th, and I still hadn’t at that time used the amount that they billed me for… I don’t see how this is right….and with that much of a jump in your bill price, it’s hard to come up with enough to pay that higher bill…
