Useless App
Made multiple attempts to login. Tried to register. Says I’m already registered. Tried to use password. No luck even after seven attempts. Good thing I have autopay.

Won’t allow me to see bill or pay bill. Slower than new website FW uses. All the ML underscore mess makes anything it does show cluttered and too hard to read.

This app is horrible and starting Oct 23rd this is the only way to pay your water bill online! I am constantly getting error messages and the twirling ball of terror! I hope they update it to a better version BEFORE the 23rd cause i foresee even more issues coming if they don’t update it!

This app is super slow! I’ve been trying to pay the water bill for the last 30mins and still can’t get this app to process it. Who’s idea was it to get this app for the customer?? Hahaha

This app doesn't recognize your information or account and then tells you your account doesn't exist and you have to set up another account, but then it blocks you. You literally have to pay through the text notification if you want fast. Do better!

Has anyone even tried using this?? The app takes ten full seconds when changing screens to load, no confirmation generated once you submit a payment, incredibly slow, no Apple Pay support. Why even download the app in the first place? The website is equally garbage, so I might as well keep using that. You should be embarrassed.
